Home Visitation Programs

Home visitation programs promote optimal early development, health and learning of young children by engaging their parents/guardians, after all parents are their child's first teachers. 

 

All staff have successfully completed the Parents As Teachers training.  Parents as Teachers is an internationally-recognized evidence-based home visiting model backed with 35 years of research-proven outcomes for children and families. 

 

Services are offered to all families in Calhoun, Pocahontas and Webster counties at no charge. A family support worker will visit the family in their home or at a place of their choice.
