Funding Opportunities

Linking Families and Communities works in collaboration with community agencies and organizations to address needs and to improve opportunities for young children.  We also contract with organization to provide services that address the needs of young children and their families in the service area of Calhoun, Pocahontas and Webster County.  Community needs, board priorities and strategies have been identified and are outlined in the Early Childhood Plan for the area and are the focus of all funding and programmatic decisions.

At this time, we are accepting applications from public libraries for early literacy programs and licensed child care providers quality improvements in their settings.  Applications are due on November 3, 2025.  Documents for each grant opportunity area located to the right.
